Otaku Wanted has been continuously working hard to make improvements to the site. We've added more avatars to the site, you now have over 1,000 avatars to choose from for your profile.
To add an anime avatar you go to the forum and click the "Profile" button. While in the Profile page select "Forum Profile Information" under Modify Profile and select an anime avatar as a Personalized Picture.
Additionally, the OW Crew has been busy getting ready for a new project we hope to get started sometime in October. We plan to add videos to the site in which we talk about topics related to anime and discuss our point of view. We have a few topics in mind that we hope to discuss but would greatly appreciate your feedback on what you think about our idea, as well as some topics you feel you may enjoy viewing. So please post feedback in the "September Updates" Topic.
Lastly, be sure to check out our newest shop reviews from these active members for the month of September:

As previously mentioned Otaku Wanted attended Anime Expo 2008, or rather the creators attended. Web master, SauloA, did a little bit of promotion while enjoying himself. While I, SmashKing, decided to do some staffing at the Merchandising Booth for the SPJA.
Nevertheless, both SauloA and I had a blast and you can view some of our snap shots through the photo gallery by visiting the Anime Expo Pics link. (Also available at the bottom links as well or simply by clicking the image below).
